An afternoon with Ray Ray

Kick off the Christmas period by popping over to Sheraton Melbourne Hotel for the sweetest of afternoons. Our rooftop Terrace Bar will be taken over by self-taught Instagram chef Raymond Tan (a.k.a Ray Ray) to demonstrate the art of cake pop making. The itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny cakes will be coated and frosted into eye-popping Christmas-inspired treats. It gets better: you then get to enjoy a festive themed afternoon tea featuring a cake popsicle and a range of sweet and savoury delights served at Little Collins St Kitchen.
