This September we invite our guest on a culinary journey into the colorful cuisine of Indonesia and to experience our famed seafood buffet with a twist. Explore some of the countries most famous dishes, which will be available alongside unlimited seafood including prawns, oysters and scallops.

From the 5-8 September 2019 Sheraton Melbourne will host Muchamad Taufik, sous chef of The Laguna Resort, Nusa Dua, Bali who will showcase a more extensive selection of some of his favourite Indonesian dishes and guest will also have the opportunity to win a return trip to Bali.
