This exclusive wine dinner experience at Little Collins Street Kitchen brings together a four-course menu curated by our head chef and a carefully selected lineup of Ten Minutes by Tractor wines, each pairing designed to highlight balance, texture, and terroir. From bright, expressive whites to elegant Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir, every course has been thoughtfully crafted to complement the character of the wine it's paired with.
On the evening, the winemaker will personally guide you through each pairing, sharing insights into the vineyards, vintages, and the philosophy behind why each wine pairs so beautifully with its course.

Wine Flight Experience

Sheraton Melbourne presents an exclusive Wine Flight featuring four Crittenden Estate wines, yours to enjoy in-room, at Little Collins Street Kitchen, or on the Terrace Bar. Each pour is paired with a short sommelier audio note, giving you insights and stories as you sip.

How it works:

Simply scan the QR code on each bottle to unlock a guided tasting with notes and knowledge from the winemakers themselves. Sip at your pace, pause anytime, and savour each wine your way.

Celebrate your Friday nights with our signature flame-grilled 250g porterhouse steak, served with your choice of sauce, house-made slaw, and shoestring fries. Complete the experience with a glass of wine, all for $36.
