Our seasonal Spring high tea collection opens with Traditional Vanilla and Raspberry Scone, Chantilly Cream and Yarra Valley Jam, followed by an elegant selection of canapés and sandwiches, and finishes with Rhubarb and Apricot Tart White Chocolate, Mandarin Mousse Cake and Pinacolada Slice.
